Getting started
Who is this for?
Founders who've talked to real customers and want a working product without spending months and $20K to get there. It's a great fit if you've hit a wall with no-code or had a freelancer disappear on you.
How can you build it in 15 days?
I start from the Ship & Scale kit, where login, workspaces, payments, admin, and emails are already built and tested. So all 15 days go into your core workflow, the part your customers actually pay for.
How do the 15 days work?
We start with a free 30-minute build call. I send a one-page spec, and the clock starts when you approve it. You get a live preview link in the first week, we test everything together near the end, and on day 15 it goes live on your domain.
Who will I actually be working with?
Me. I run your build call, write your spec, lead the build, and hand it over on launch day. There's no account manager in between, and you'll talk to me directly the whole way through, not a project manager passing messages along.
What if my idea is bigger than 15 days?
On the call I'll help you cut it down to the version that proves people will pay. If it genuinely can't fit, I'll tell you and quote it separately.
I'm not technical. Is that a problem?
No, that's who this is built for. You'll never need to open the code unless you want to.
What we'll build
What does "core workflow with AI" mean?
It's the main thing your product does, the reason someone signs up. If AI makes that workflow better, I build it in using OpenAI or Anthropic, working in production, not as a demo.
What's included in the logo and design system?
A clean logo, your colors, fonts, and a set of UI components your whole product uses, so everything looks consistent. You can reuse it on your landing page, socials, and anything you build later.
What are the API and MCP server for?
The API lets other apps connect to your product, and the MCP server lets AI agents like Claude and ChatGPT use it directly. Both are set up from day one.
What's not included?
Native mobile apps, two-sided marketplaces, complex third-party integrations, and full brand identity work. Anything extra we find along the way goes on a version 2 list.
What stack do you use?
Next.js, TypeScript, Supabase, Stripe, Resend, and Vercel. It's boring on purpose, and any developer can pick it up later.

What's in the marketing plan?
Who your first customers are and where to find them, the two or three channels worth your time, outreach messages written for your product, the directories and launch platforms to list on, communities to post in, and a 30-day schedule for after launch. You run it yourself, and it's built so you can do it without an ad budget.
What do I get with Ship & Scale access?
The starter kit your product is built on, the full playbook on building and growing a SaaS, and the founder community. It's there so you're not on your own once the build is done.
What happens after launch?
You get 30 days of support and your marketing plan. Support covers fixing anything I built that breaks and answering questions while you get running, but not new features. After that you can keep building on the kit yourself, or we can talk about a monthly retainer.
Price & ownership
How does payment work?
$2,500 total. Half to start and half on launch day. If you don't like the spec, you get your deposit back in full.
What if you miss the deadline?
If the delay is on my side, I keep working at no extra cost until it's live. The clock pauses while I'm waiting on your feedback, so plan to reply within a day during the build.
Do I own the code?
Yes, 100% of it, in your GitHub from day one. Everything runs on your own Vercel, Supabase, and Stripe accounts, and you get handover docs and a walkthrough video so you can run it yourself. Happy to sign an NDA whenever you want one.
